A Gathering Fog

Interesting show and a great cliffhanger
Lots of people have commented on the various themes original and otherwise about this show so I will try not repeating them. The show is entertaining but does not take its self too seriously too the point of being satirical at times but at its heart it is a suspense drama and it does suspense very well. Like all good dramas it has people you want to see succeed and others you want to see fail and get whats coming to them. The season finale blew me away and I cannot wait to see how it will be resolved.

Like it!
This show is good entertainment, not always plausible, but interesting. I like how they use the reality show genre, but its hard to keep up the idea that they are being filmed the whole time when things start to go sideways. The characters are about as convincing as you would expect reality stars to be. It keeps me watching even though its not perfect.

Siberia (Season 1) Review
I really enjoyed this show the first few episodes---then it made a turn somewhere that I didn't expect. Not that I didn't particularly like the direction it went---but I thought there could have been some more interesting turns taken. What really disconcerts me is that I saw online that this show had been cancelled when they had aired Episode 4. I was like---"What?!?"---but the network never let on---making you think that all is well. Then I read that there were supposed to be 13 episodes this season...but only 11 have aired as of last night and supposedly that was the last one of the season. The ending was very abrupt, to say the least. So, what's the deal? Are we left high and dry and expected to forget "Siberia" happened when the fall schedule gets under way...so when next summer comes we have hopefully moved on as the NBC executives pray?

Esther did a good job---cuz I really hate her. :) Sam was great...as was Johnny and whiny Daniel. Joanne...
